Oakwood House See below for directions.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t<\/div> Oakwood is 1km south of Roundhay Park.<\/p>\n From Leeds City Centre:<\/strong><\/p>\n Drive up Roundhay Road. Go past Tesco (on your left). Oakwood is 500m further on from Tesco.<\/p>\n From the North<\/strong><\/p>\n It\u2019s very accessible from the Ring Road: come along Street Lane and down into Princes Avenue, or else Wetherby Road.<\/p>\n SATNAV \u2022 Go to Oakwood Clock.<\/p>\n \u2022 As you are walking down the road, towards the city centre, Oakwood House is on the right, 100m from the clock tower.<\/p>\n \u2022 Oakwood House is the first floor offices above the Home Bargains store: the building is between Preston Baker Estate Agents and Oakwood Solicitors, and diagonally opposite Rico\u2019s restaurant.<\/p>\n \u2022 The entrance to Oakwood House is on the left-hand side of the building,\u00a0<\/strong>as you stand with your back to Roundhay Road<\/p>\n At the entrance there is an electronic entry-phone:<\/strong> press the buzzer marked ‘Richard Mills’ and I will let you in. I will meet you on the first floor<\/p>\n There is no lift,<\/strong> so it\u2019s inaccessible if you cannot use stairs. Please get in touch if this presents a problem.<\/p>\n Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early:<\/strong> any earlier and I will\u00a0not be there to greet you.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t<\/div> Parking:<\/strong><\/p>\n 4 hours maximum<\/strong> Unlimited street parking<\/strong><\/p>\n There is a small amount of unlimited street parking within 50 metres from Oakwood House.<\/p>\n Also:<\/p>\n You could park in Park Avenue (off Princes Avenue), a wide street with plenty of space to park in. It\u2019s 5-6 minutes\u2019 walk from my front door.<\/p>\n Home Bargains car park at the rear<\/strong> is only available for 1.5 hours<\/strong> (and therefore not suitable for a 90-minute appointment.)<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t<\/div> Ask the taxi driver to take you to Home Bargains, Roundhay Road, Oakwood LS8 4BA.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t<\/div> Please note<\/em><\/strong> that bus routes and times change from time to time, so please treat the information I put below as a guide, and check with Metro at http:\/\/www.wymetro.com\/<\/a> for the latest information.<\/p>\n From City Centre:<\/u><\/p>\n Numbers 12 and 13 go to Oakwood.\u00a0 They leave the city centre from New Briggate. \u00a0The stop before New Briggate is possibly in Vicar Lane opposite the market. From Headingley<\/u> From Beeston: <\/u><\/p>\n The Number 2 goes through Beeston along Dewsbury Road, through the city centre, up Chapeltown Road and Harrogate Road, and then right along Street Lane, terminating at Roundhay Park. You would then have a 15-20 minute walk to Oakwood Clock. Bear in mind that this will take longer than going from city centre on the 12 or 13.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t<\/div> There are toilet facilities available on the first floor next to my office.<\/p>\n The are several cafes locally where you may choose to sit before or after appointments.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t<\/div> There is no lift, so my first floor office is inaccessible if you cannot use stairs.
